How long does installation take?
Usually less than an hour. The equipment is plug-and-play: connect your screen, switch everything on and you're ready to go.
How much space do I need?
A typical installation needs an area of about 3m × 3m for your screen or projector, plus a drawing table of your choice.
Can I customise the worlds for my venue?
Yes. Professional and Enterprise packages include branding options, and Enterprise clients can commission fully custom worlds tailored to their exhibits.
What ongoing support do you provide?
Phone and email support, regular software updates, new drawing templates and seasonal worlds, and marketing features to help you engage your guests.
Do visitors need to download an app?
No. Visitors draw on the tablets provided, or scan the QR code on the big screen and colour on their own phone in the browser. There's no app and no account to create.
Can we rent it for an event?
Yes. We deliver it, set it up and theme it to your event, whether that's a team away day, a conference or a festival. At the end, every contribution is gathered up for you.
